Nadiya Albishchenko

Nadiya Albishchenko is a global leader in international trade, entrepreneur, and author specializing in cross-border food systems, supply chain strategy, and sustainable trade development.

As the Founder of INAS ExIm LLC, she has built an international trading business operating across multiple markets, focusing on structured sourcing, distribution, and resilient trade models within complex geopolitical environments.

Professional Journey: Nadiya began her career working with leading companies in the global food industry, gaining extensive experience in international trade, logistics, and market expansion.

In 2015, she co-founded Olvia EXIM LP in Europe. In 2018, recognizing the strategic advantages of global trade hubs, she relocated operations to the United Arab Emirates and established INAS ExIm LLC. From there, she expanded internationally, leveraging the UAE’s logistical position and her deep market expertise.

Business Ventures: She had been working with some of the most renowned names in the food industry. In 2015, she ventured into entrepreneurship, co-founding the trading startup Olvia EXIM LP in Europe. In 2018, anticipating the benefits of global distribution, she moved her complete operation to the modern hub of trading in the United Arab Emirates. She solely started her operations as INAS ExIm LLC, moving from Europe to the Middle East, capitalizing on her know-how, experience, and the logistical advantages the United Arab Emirates had to offer.

In partnership with Vinay Gandhi, owner of Golden Star International LLC, they launched the GreenComUAE movement at COP28 UAE, promoting sustainable practices for a cleaner Earth, eliminating cleaning chemicals, and embracing enzyme-based BIO materials. 

Academic work: Post-graduation, Nadiya co-authored a book with her mentor, Dr. II. Dakhno titled “Management of Foreign Economic Activity,” Management of Foreign Activity published in 2007 in Ukrainian language and widely utilized by public libraries, Universities and research centers, in Ukraine. 

Author: In June 2023, she co-authored the book Synergy: A Synopsis of an Elite Business Partnership with her business partner, Vinay Gandhi. The book offers an insightful journey from ordinary beginnings to thriving entrepreneurship, exploring experiences in international trade, business management, and the values shaping their remarkable careers.
